Without trees we will not survive. Following the wisdom of North American Indians: If we cut down the last tree and kill the last animal, money won’t feed us. Let's take it to our hearts, especially when someone treats environmental destruction as a good "business idea". It is not true that nothing can be done about it. Changing the of awareness of the majority has a big power. It will create new values and customs that will negate using of many for the individual good because for greed and stupidity of a several people everyone will pay. The forest is a beating heart of the Earth, our own hearts.
